I started this blog on my birthday in 2017. Today, incidentally, is exactly two months before my birthday this year (seriously, I just realized that while typing). I know all two of my followers are curious to know why I posted five times and dropped off the face of the earth.
Well . . . about ten months ago, my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our second child! Along with the excitement and stress that comes along with the joyous news came morning sickness (HG for those knowledgeable—I really hope you don’t know) and a rough pregnancy, which greatly hindered my ability to be on the computer/cell phone.
Our beautiful baby girl was born at the end of February, and though she had a rocky start she is healthy and mommy, daddy and big brother love her SO much! She has colic, but thanks to some gas drops, she slept through the night Thursday night, which is why I can type right now (and why this post might be a little disjointed as prior to two nights ago I was getting about three hours of total sleep a night).
I hope to be more consistent in my blogging now, and I have so many more stories to tell now having two kids, my husband, and a vision problem. Stay tuned to see what’s next!
